Mr. Olguin has been an immigration paralegal since 2010. Before joining Manzano Immigration Services as a full-time paralegal, he worked for seven years at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) call center, where he gained valuable experience as a Quality Assurance Contractor.

With his extensive immigration knowledge, Eleazar had the opportunity to collaborate directly with USCIS as a Quality Assurance Agent for several years. His paralegal experience covers areas such as Naturalization, Embassy/Consular Processing, Removal of Temporary Conditions on Green Cards, Adjustment of Legal Status, Fiance Visas, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
